Service and maintenance of precision air conditioners

By purchasing precision air conditioning systems, uninterruptible and guaranteed power supply from the VYBOS plant, you can be sure that you will be provided with an absolute guarantee for the supplied equipment, since the company’s advantage is the development, production and release of highly reliable equipment, supported by a professional after-sales service .

The VYBOS plant provides warranty and post-warranty service directly, as well as through service centers of authorized service partners in the regions of the Russian Federation.

Minimum warranty period for equipment from the moment the equipment is transferred to the buyer – 1 year. During the warranty period, VYBOS company bears warranty obligations to customers; in case of detection of a malfunction, it will replace individual components, assemblies, parts in accordance with the conditions specified in the supply agreement.

An essential condition for fulfilling warranty obligations on the part of the manufacturer is certified startup and commissioning of equipment by certified specialists, regular maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer.
Subject to concluding an agreement with the manufacturer for regular maintenance and diagnostics, it is possible to extend the warranty terms up to 5 years.

What you need to know about the operation and maintenance of a precision air conditioner

Operation and maintenance (hereinafter referred to as maintenance) consists of maintaining equipment in working condition, identifying and replacing failed and unstable elements, timely transferring them to repair organizations, and general monitoring of basic operating parameters.

Operation of VYBOS precision air conditioners is permissible if a number of requirements are met:

If the requirements for operating restrictions are not met, the manufacturer is not responsible for possible equipment failures with further partial or complete loss of its functionality.

For operation, qualified personnel and certified personnel are allowed who have studied the technical documentation included in the equipment delivery package, have undergone safety training and have a certificate of at least the third group for the right to work when operating electrical installations with voltages up to 1000 V.
Persons servicing the equipment must be trained in the techniques of releasing a person under voltage, artificial respiration and cardiac massage, the rules of assisting the victim and methods of extinguishing fires in electrical installations.
During the operation of inverter models of air conditioners, it is necessary to have a thermal load in the range from 30% to 100% of the rated cooling capacity of the air conditioner.
To ensure uninterrupted operation of the equipment and maintain warranty obligations, it is recommended to carry out regular maintenance.
The results of the performed maintenance are recorded in the Maintenance Logbook.
If maintenance recommendations are not followed, or in the event of partial or complete loss of equipment functionality, the manufacturer reserves the right to cancel the warranty.

During the operation of the equipment, malfunctions of both individual units (components) of the equipment and complex equipment failures may occur.
Malfunctions and failures in operation can be caused not only by the internal state of the equipment and its components, but also by the influence of external factors (external environmental parameters do not correspond to operational restrictions - abnormal decrease/increase in ambient temperature; shutdown of cold water supply on the lines feeding the steam humidifier , power failure, etc.).
The list of possible malfunctions and measures to eliminate them are given in the documentation “Manual for the controller”
If you cannot fix the problem yourself, it is recommended to contact the VYBOS Technical Department.
