The VYBOS plant provides warranty and post-warranty service directly, as well as through service centers of authorized service partners in the regions of the Russian Federation.
Minimum warranty period for equipment from the moment the equipment is transferred to the buyer – 1 year. During the warranty period, VYBOS company bears warranty obligations to customers; in case of detection of a malfunction, it will replace individual components, assemblies, parts in accordance with the conditions specified in the supply agreement.
An essential condition for fulfilling warranty obligations on the part of the manufacturer is certified startup and commissioning of equipment by certified specialists, regular maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer.
Subject to concluding an agreement with the manufacturer for regular maintenance and diagnostics, it is possible to extend the warranty terms up to 5 years.
Operation and maintenance (hereinafter referred to as maintenance) consists of maintaining equipment in working condition, identifying and replacing failed and unstable elements, timely transferring them to repair organizations, and general monitoring of basic operating parameters.
